Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always yours. If you downgrade to Free, data older than 6 months will be archived but can be exported before the retention period ends. You'll be asked to pick which bank stays active and which surveys retire to fit the Free caps.
Can I run multiple brands or products?
Yes. Run multiple product areas under one brand by creating multiple idea banks inside a single Pro workspace. If you need separate brands, separate public-facing URLs, or separate billing entities, use one workspace per brand — pricing scales with how brand-fragmented you are.
What counts as an active bank or survey?
An idea bank or survey counts as active while it's accepting new input. Archived banks and closed surveys preserve their data permanently but don't count toward your plan's active caps, so you can keep historical work without it eating into your limits.
How do API limits work?
Pro includes 10,000 API calls per workspace per day — generous for typical SME automation: hourly syncs, on-demand reports, AI-driven proposal extraction. Bursts above the limit throttle gracefully. Enterprise removes the cap for high-throughput use such as bulk migrations, data-warehouse round-trips, or AI agent fleets.
Hosted dashboard vs. Open Telemetry export — what's the difference?
Pro's hosted dashboard shows usage, engagement, vote velocity, response funnels, theme trends, and scoring distribution inside Votito — no setup needed. Enterprise adds OTEL / custom export so the same event stream flows into your own observability or data-warehouse pipeline (Datadog, Snowflake, BigQuery).
